I have read conflicting stories on whether the 31 other NATO nations will slowly change over or not. One article said it might be 10 years before some changed.
Probably all of them see the benefits of 6.8, but changing over is a big and expensive project. No doubt some members will prefer to keep 556 for many more years and only switch once their current rifles need replacement.
