You can buy it at most vitamin stores and do it yourself. I by something called Zipfiz and mix it with water whis has more b12 tgan most anything you can get. Look it up, you might try it to see. I buy it at costco or sams but walmart also has it.

You can just order it online then get her syringe or w/e from tractor supply....My wife used to give them to her grandfather once a month.

I was sick of paying someone lots of money for a shot that I could do myself. Just ask your doctor for a prescription for vitamin B-12 injectable. Go to walgreens and ask to purchase vitamin B-12 needles and then fax your prescription in to Canada Drugs which is an online pharmacy and they will ship what you need. Inject directly into your deltoid.

There's a regimen to replenish your B12; daily, then every other day, then every 3-4 days, then monthly. If you're deficient you need to replenish your stores before you start the maintenance doses. There's also a nasal spray, but it's for maintenance after you finish the regimen of intramuscular injections to replenish.
