Wait on HPA or wait on stamp

If HPA passes I'm sure silencers will fly off the shelf. Wonder if I should buy one at the local range and have them hold it for me till the law passes as opposed to getting the stamp and hoping the govt refunds me, if that part of the law even stays in the bill. Or is this HPA thing something that is probably never gonna happen

Even with all the noise (pun intended) I feel too many in public office are still too scared of the backlash to let it pass there is still too much Hollywood silencer scare in the populace but it's a good start

The stamp may be quicker, HPA is still a long shot. I believe it will pass some day but the refund piece won't be there

All the stars are aligned so to speak, I feel with the Republicans in control. It will be one more thing to piss off the democrats with and they can protest all they want once it passes. I am going to wait. I do not like giving the government any more of my money than I have to.

I would not hold my breath on the refund though, knowing the government that part will probably not go through. The government hesitates when it comes to giving money back.

I'm waiting on 2 stamps now just thinking about getting one more in hopes that it passes and so that I have one waiting if it passes and there is a shortage.
