I was in a gun store on Black Friday. I was looking for something I wanted and they had something on their flyer I thought was a good deal also. So, I combined my trips. While I was here I overheard a conversation between one of the employees and a customer who was obviously a first time suppressor purchaser. The customer asked the employee if, in the future, he decided to purchase other suppressors would he have to do the paperwork all over again and wait for it all to get processed again. The employee told him he would have to do it all over again on every purchase (which his correct) and then proceeded to tell the customer how, after someone has bought three or four, that the processors start to recognize the name and paperwork and process it quickly. Sort of a "fast track processing" is what the employee called it. I listened closely to make sure of what I heard and the customer seemed skeptical and the employee basically repeated himself. Has anyone here ever heard of this "fast track" or is this employee full of crap?
Customer was in the process of purchasing a Nomad9 and he had bought a pistol and (I think) a rifle to use it on. So, at least the shop did sell him a decent suppressor (I didn't see the price).
