Said credit card debt at a record $988 BILLION. Average $7600 per person. Gonna be a whole lot of defaultin’ goin’ on at some pont.

Mine is just under $3K spread out over 5 cards. Doesn't sound like a lot of money but it still keeps me up at night.

Credit is using other people's money briefly (or long term). Nothing wrong with using other people's money smartly.

My rental properties are very cash positive, the tenants make the mortgage payment but my credit got the loan.

I have over a million Amex points, haven't paid for airfare in years.
