What’s your cure for kidney stones

I think it’s definitely “rolled” out thanks for all the suggestions I tried them all lol, flowmax kept things moving but gave me one hell of a headache
Good to hear! Don't stop drinking water and as others have said, add lemon to whatever you're drinking. Cross your fingers they never come back.

That is the definition of relief when it passes and the pain is gone. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones that never have another one.
Unlikely, unfortunately. Having them once is usually a guarantee of developing them again. It’s like a switch has been turned on in your body.

I lost exact count, but over 40 now. When in pain, I will drink alot of light beer to fill and distend my kidney, and jump up and land solid on my heels over and over to jar and push the stone down through the ureter. It absolutely works. My largest was 7mm. I’ve had them last up to 2 months before I learned how to get them moving. Now they last just a few weeks, and the pain isn’t that bad anymore when they come from my right kidney. When they come from the left kidney, they hurt really bad as I only had a few on that side. I likely have scar tissue on the right side from so many stones. I’ve tried everything possible, nothing has slowed them down except when I started working out at the gym 12 years ago, and I drink more water and sweat stuff out of my skin instead of it all going through the kidneys. Good luck is all I can say.
