Like the title says, What steps do you do and in what order? Also, what's a good video for the proper field dressing of deer? I have watched a few and they all seem to have their own way of doing it. Some say gut it before skinning, others say skinning it first will keep the meat free of hair. Some folks swear that they cut from the briskit to the ****ter, some the other way around. Thanks
