You couldnt make me gut a deer that I am not taking to the taxidermist. Gutting a doe, IMO, is not worth the littel bit of ternderloin you can get from inside it.
I put a rope around their neck
Use a pulley and a winch to winch them up so that the front shoulders are about shoulder height on me
Cut all the way around the neck(just the skin)
Split it down the back, unzipper type knife works the best
Cut all the way around its front leg at the knee, or elbow, whatever you wanna call it
Split the hair and skin from the front knee all the way up to wear you cut it around the neck
Finish getting all the skin out from around both legs
Chop them bones with some limb loppers
Take the shoulders off
Pull the skin the rest of the way down, all the way down to the back leg knee, cut skin where needed if the hide wont just pull off
Get the backstraps
Cut the back legs off at the knees with limb loppers
Get the hams
Done.
Me and my bro have done this entire process in 2 songs on the radio. If you have someone to help who knows what to do, should take no longer than 10 mins. Maybe 15
