So I'm not very well versed in the world of knives. My wife bought me a Ken Onion CRKT knife for my b-day this past weekend, which I love and it got me to wondering what people tend to use to clean the blades up. It's nothing incredibly special like some of those $200 knives out there, but I like it a lot. It has a pretty nice finish on the blade and I wouldn't want to put something on there that will ruin the finish on it. Just curious what would be a good solution to clean knife blades up with.
