If one is talking about printed paper $100 dollar bills, no bank will have enough of them to cover their liabilities. Bear in mind that banks were quietly converted and turned into "investment firms". once deposited, they do not have to give it back.

Yes, the investment firms still maintain the facade of being and operating just like a bank to convince customers to convince them to keep "depositing".....all is well
