What to take to unwind / relax without alcohol or THC

I stopped drinking two years ago and I can't take THC stuff because of my job. I've tried ashwagandha and GABA with with very little noticeable results. What can I try to just relax and maybe cut loose a little every now and then. And not get fired.
Take the stuff that doesn’t have any THC

Try adrenaline. Go BASE jumping.
 
Maybe try to eat more Whole Foods, take some vitamins (magnesium glycinate for evening to help relax your mind for sleep) ( morning glass of water with creatine, fish oil, B3, zinc picolinate, and D3) a few protein shakes, and cut the caffeine.

Sit outside in some sunshine, hit a gym or a YMCA to work out, talk to a third party about your life (pastor, good friend, parent), and start streaming some godly podcasts.

Unfortunately it sounds like you’ve got the addiction personality and just dabbling with something to knock the edge off will lead to dependence.

Disconnect from electronics and social media for a few days and start creating clear boundaries to help manage your personal time.

I’ve nearly been alcohol free for almost 5 years and it’s hard to continue being sober to this day. Praying you find your inner peace man!
