Hey Swampbuck, try those steaks Pittsburg style. We heat up a cast iron skillet on the grill and get it smoking hot and throw the steak in. It's best to put a good steak rub on them early in the day and you will love it. The hot skillet will sear it on the outside and leave the inside nice and pink. Super awesome.
