Marinated bone in pork chops on the RecTec.
Had a helluva good taste with the mashed potatoes and broccoli….
Thats it though… as my Mom used to say… tough as shoe leather. Should have brined about 12 hours before marinating I reckon.

Did two Butts Friday night. Two racks of baby backs Saturday. Did smoked shotgun shells on the Traeger as the ribs were finishing.
