Just put this 2 lb salmon filet on my new Pit Boss .

Giving this little Pit Boss a good workout!
A couple of 4 1/2 pound Pork loins, one for a batch of Brunswick stew and the other for some pulled pork.

oh yeah, the salmon was Delicious!! Made salmon salad from the leftover portion today!
