We do a pineapple juice marinade on thick (1 1/2 in) bone in pork chops and coat with a egg wash potato chip crumb coating and bake…takes awhile but delicious.

Grilled Korean marinated skirt steak, fried Bibigo Beef Bulgogi Mandu, marinated bean sprouts, sauteed baby bok choy, Jasmine rice, and some crispy roasted pork belly. They'll be some kimchi involved too. Looking forward to a good dinner.
