Fun fact:

Pineapple juice is an awesome and flavorful enzymatic meat tenderizer.


We do a pineapple juice marinade on thick (1 1/2 in) bone in pork chops and coat with a egg wash potato chip crumb coating and bake…takes awhile but delicious.
