What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Started this but about 5 this morning. She's almost there. Wife made home made cinnamon rolls from scratch.

^^^^^ Details on the cook ??? Time, temp, seasoning ?
I posted the recipe (smoked turkey breast with honey maple glaze) here a few days ago, let it smoke for three hours at 180 (internal temp 147), then bumped up the temp to 250 and started glazing with the honey maple &butter mixture about every 10-15 minutes till it reached 165 internal temp. Removed it from the pellet smoker/grill, wrapped it in tinfoil and let it rest 20 minutes,then sliced and served. We had our daughter, son in law, and my brother and sister-in-law over for supper tonight. That’s why I got three Butterball boneless turkey breasts.
My wife made green beans with bacon, skillet corn and cheddar bay biscuits to go with it. Oh yeah she made a German apple cake with cream cheese icing for dessert! I am stuffed!!
