What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Had Cracker Barrel....A little of everything.....Fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, rainbow trout, ham, meatloaf, green beans, fried apples, mashed taters and gravy, biscuit with honey, carrots, fried okra. Mixed and matched with everyone. It had been a while
 
Just salted these juicy ribeyes to dry brine overnight. Tomorrow = football and steaks!

Yep, that's pretty much the process. I like to wrap mine tight in plastic wrap overnight to keep its true egg shape.
