What's going on the smoker/grill today?

I ended up frying instead of smoking. Injected and rubbed a turkey and a cheekun.

1st turkey off the Pit Boss 820. 2nd one just went on. Both around 12 pounds each.

Turkey legs, and I made some deer snack sticks for the first time and they both turned out great!

on the top rack you can see a few sticks I was trying to learn how to tie the casings, lol.
