Turkey legs, and I made some deer snack sticks for the first time and they both turned out great!

on the top rack you can see a few sticks I was trying to learn how to tie the casings, lol.

That's a beautiful smoke ring you got there! I have a brisket in the freezer I'm going to do over the holidays. I'm going to use the point to make some hatch green chili brisket chili.

Smoked 3 pork butts today… headed to the in-laws Christmas party tomorrow. Not a bad way to spend a Friday haha. It’s quite tasty.
