Have to admit this was the best chili I’ve made! A must try, I added 2 cans of beans and an extra can of fire roasted diced tomatoes to the meatchurch recipe. So friggin good.

Used this rub...got a nice Cajun kick...yummy !!!

Doing a reverse sear filet this evening on the Egg. Costco had some great cuts I couldn't pass up last night.
