What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Most things that come off a smoker are good. Guys at work talk about making mac & cheese in the smoker and rave about the taste. How long and at what temp did you do your meatloaf? That could be one of my next meals as it looks fantastic. Just need some good mashed taters and a pair of stretchy pants to enjoy.

Just probed with instant thermometer and at 160 I pulled them off
