that's a lot of meat loaf!!!
Got a 4lb corned beef brisket on the RT for supper tonight.
Gonna RT a couple of hamburger steaks with grilled corn on the cob for tonight
After the brisket reached 175, it went into an aluminum pan...added a half can of Guinness...covered pan with tight foil and braised until 205 internal.
RT set at 275 for the whole cook. Took about 5 hrs total

Kroger sale brisket, went on at 1:45, about to hit wrap. Rolling hot now at 325 degrees but I'm dialing it back to 275 after paper wrapping.
