Did chicken thighs on the RT last night.
Used this rub...got a nice Cajun kick...yummy !!!

Doing a reverse sear filet this evening on the Egg. Costco had some great cuts I couldn't pass up last night.

Did a brisket, smoked queso dip, smoked spinach and artichoke dip, some twice baked potatoes. So good!
