What's going on the smoker/grill today?

I knifed up a 20lb turkey I bought after Thanksgiving for $16. Put both huge breasts, everyone loves those, on the smoker today. One rubbed with kickin chicken, the other with a maple chipotle. Dayum they turned out good! It’s costs $10 for a lb bag of crappy sliced Turkey at the store. I got sliced breast for days and days for less and I still got 2 huge thighs, 2 legs and 2 wangs that I vacuum sealed. Bang for the buck!

And I did a pack of teriyaki soy chicken legs on the Weber just for fun!

Kickin chicken is the bomb! Who makes the maple chipotle?

Man I’ve loved kickin chicken for years and years! It is awesome. First time putting it on turkey and wow, it delivered. I used orange wood also. Maple Chipotle is from Pepper Palace. It’s every bit as good as Kickin Chicken, but a different experience. I highly recommend it!!

Chicken wings and ribs this afternoon. A neighbor (with 31 grandkids, about 5 living with him and his wife) who suffers from "long Covid" asked me if I'd smoke some hot wings for him. They turned out pretty damned good and the ribs are excellent.

The Wife is on a Carnivore diet.. so meal prep is various meats on the Green Egg.. everything from Bacon rapped Chicken to Hamburgers.. we did enjoy a couple of Ribeyes this afternoon...
