I believe those are called a Kurta or a variant thereof. The upperclass usually wear the ones made of fine Egyptian Cotton known for its high quality and durability. Eventhough they look similar to a dress in other cultures, they are the attire of certain foreign countries. The turbans (hats) are sometimes made of Egyptian Cotton as well, but can be made by using several other different fabrics such as wool, etc.
Nice furniture on the rifle in the video. It looks to be walnut.
