'64 Ford Galaxie or Fairlane (Thunderbolt) w/ 427 SOHC. Unbeatable in its day!

I worked for a farmer who had a 63-1/2 Ford Galaxie 500.

Guy was reserved as hell...Until he got behind the wheel of that thing.
I totaled a 66 Mustang and a 68 Coronet with a big block (I think a 383) in it as a kid in the early 70's.
I had the chance to buy a Nomad with a blown engine about the same time for a couple hundred and turned it down to buy a 65 Impala SS.

If I could afford it, I'd like a 67 Shelby GT500.
But that 66 fastback somebody posted sure looks good.

I've posted this pic before. What I wanted most, and heck still do, is a 1966 Chevelle SS 396, Marina Blue with white interior, bench seats with a 4 speed. I believe, if I remember correctly, the highest HP for the 396 in 1966 was 360HP, with the 325HP model being the standard. Again, I have not checked, just trying to remember.
