What's your favorite hot sauce?

I traveled a lot when working, and the further from NM you got in the US the milder the hot sauce got.

In Ohio and Michigan hot salsa was like Heinz ketchup. On the other hand, every burger joint in NM served green chile cheeseburgers, even McDs and Wendy's and there were some local places in ALB that served the hot food the locals craved that would light your ass right up.

Since it has been mentioned, Tobasco. I can adjust the heat by how much I put on. And it cost less than most. Didn't start eating hot sauce till the seventies. When I started hanging around my future in laws I was introduced to Tobasco.

I had to cap myself at habanero sauce, I’ve had enough hot **** to mess up 10 grown men’s GI systems.

This habanero is my current favorite, great flavor
