The govt wants you to take your SS when your benefits pay the most, so since I don’t trust our govt worth a damn, I want it the day I turn 62. SS benefits calculated using actuaries, like insurance companies use (business model). They’re counting on you dying off early. And remember brothers, you’re not promised the next breath you draw….

Yeah, the reason I waited to leave at 66 1/2 was I agreed to a hell of a deal with my company that was well worth the wait of that timeline money wise

That’s IRS, Social Security is a different animal. Before you full retirement age can be astronomical, and loss of monthly monies.

LOL, love it!!.......If that were the case, I'd been out in my early 20s. However I'm on the other end now and have done my time
