I've had good luck with the $30 shipped NCstar one from Amazon. My rifle is heavy though.

No regrets what so ever in changing out the factory stock to the Boyd's. Makes it feel like a whole new rifle and much more comfortable to shoot.

My Boyd's Tacticool stock came in yesterday. Also got the DIP bottom metal... What exactly is involved in mounting it? Did it drop right in, or was there something else required? Any insight you could offer here would be appreciated.

I want to get one so bad!!!!
Lmk if you find any around Gwinnett area.
Bullseye indoor shooting range has one but they want 550 for it -_- not going to happen.

Saw 2 in the rack at dawsonville g&p pre-hysteria... First one I saw. Researched a little and went back to pick one up and both were gone...
I'll check Cherokee on Monday!

The action/DIP metal should drop right in. The one screw which attaches to the stock (wood screw) may be a bit too short. You can easily get another longer one at Lowes etc. Other than that it is fairly simple. Check your torque too. Some people play around with it to get the most accuracy.
You will enjoy the Boyds stock. It is much better than the plastic the rifle comes with.
