Where to shoot to 1500 yards

Looking to increase my range out to as far as my 6.5 will carry. Looking to about 1500 yards with some type of target that's not just reactive steel as I'm still building my data book.

Is there anywhere around within 5 hours of Atlanta that I don't have to be LE/Military to get in?

Arena Training Facility in Blakely GA. They’ve got 2000m, or so.

The Sawmill in Laurens SC has something like 1400-1500 yards.
