The guys at the Barnes store told me to use nail polish, clear if you do not want to see it. They said that's what they use and it's cheap, especially if you can snag it off your wife or girfriend.

Yep, nail polish is comparable to the blue loctite. Red is reserved for things that you want to make this >< close to permanent.
