I have narrowed my first supressor down to the Griffin Optimus or Silencerco but now I am stuck. Which one should I get and why?

Are you going to be using it on a 22lr or 45acp? They are each build for a different sets of caliber. 223 and 30 cal should be good for both. Also, look at what the different mounts are going to cost you as that can increase the cost very quickly.
No 45 but would use .22

Optimus x2 in that case. 22lr is a dirty round and you need to be able to service the can to get powder residue and lead out of it. The rest of the rounds are fairly clean being jacketed.
