The original box to me is a bonus. I have a lot of mine, but there are others I don't. I definitely am more excited about a trade if they have the box, but its not exactly a deal breaker.

Bammm...that's what started my topic to start with. Still have plenty of premium prices being asked for when stuff is missing. Lol
When someone with a Sig or Kimber or many other brands doesnt have the hard case, I always wonder, why would someone throw the case away then ask pretty close to new price for the gun.

For me it is not a requirement. My guns are all shooters and get carried and used. If i was buying a rare or collector gun then i could see it being important, plus I am a Glock guy, i only need so many black plastic boxes taking up space lol
