Yeah my wife is a big fan of the food babe also. She's got me drinking all sorts of super food shakes, powders, organic everything, etc.

I can relate to the OP a lot, I love pizza too. It got to where it didn't love me back and had to make a change. Paleo, cave man, gluten free whatever you want to call it they are all very similar. I have shed some pounds and feel much better.

i was experiencing a similar issue due to my
fondness for outdoor grilling and BEER!,ive
found taking a 24hr prevacid a few hours
before really has helped alot.

None actually. Not much of a drinker. I'm prolly gonna regret it, but I just ate a slice of my leftovers from last night! Lol. I'm so weak!
