Hey, anybody know how to determine if a bill with an offset border is collectable? It's a 1999 $100.00 bill with a large border on the top and very little border on the bottom.

Do a completed auctions search on eBay, paper money is a tough seller unless you find somebody that needs it.
id say its worth ATLEAST $100 
I think I've seen this bill before lol
not too much if any. The ones that have value are ones that were folded, or if they have two different bills ink on one bill.
Yeah Cheetos, that's the only possible way I could hold onto any money, make it collectable. My buddy releaved me of the knife already.
