who knows about paper money misprints

It doesn't look as though any print is missing, and with the crease through his face I wouldn't figure much above face value.

The one that I attached is the kind of stuff that STARTS getting collectors excited. Mis-matched serial numbers, usually errors that affect presidents image get the most attention, and the better the condition, the more it is worth.

Go into eBay and type in "error notes" and look at some of the various errors, and see what some folks are attempting to get for them. It is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it though!

It's not in good condition, and it's not that uncommon. The only one worth real money are the one that get printed on folded paper or something similar. The only way to get those is straight out of federal reserve packages, you'll never see them in circulation. The banks are suppose to turn them back in so they are rare.
