Who makes a STEEL AR15 commercial buffer tube?

I plan on hacking it down to 1" beyond the threaded part so I can weld it onto a Suomi 9MM rifle top folding stock. I am having a hard time finding a steel buffer tube though. Anybody have one or know where I can find one with commercial threads? Thanks

If I follow you you want to something that you can attach a stock to that will fit and ar lower on a gun that doesn't require a buffer and spring? If I'm right see if this would meet your needs.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant a COLLASPSIBLE (or telescopic) commercial tube. The one with the indents on it so that you can adjust a stock to various lengths. Thanks

However, I don't know its composition ....?

Thread are the same size wether is a commercial or mil spec tube. The difference is in the diameter of the tube itself.
