Thrown out of a couple but actually got banned from ever entering one again. All many years ago, I won't pay that much for a drink anymore.

Me and a couple of buddies got thrown off an island and were told never to come back. Does that count?

I served many roles at the Stone Pony North club at Windy Hill and Hwy 41 including Manager. "Doorman" was one of them sometimes. Thank God they were drunk or I would not be here today!!! I know some of you will remember this place as the best bands in the SE played there. Thankfully I did the throwing....gently of course.
I have been asked to leave Hooters and a waffle house.

Yeah I've been kicked out of Waffle House. Had an old drunk man pull a knife on me and I backhanded him, not too hard, but enough to get him off me...Got kicked out of Shake and Steak one night while intoxicated and yelling "Skake my steak"!
