Same reason ammo flippers are getting 60 to 90 cents per round for 5.56/.223. Or 60 plus cent per round for 9MM. I bought 200 rounds of 9MM for .35 per round at my local gun store last week, and just missed out on 5.56 @ .50 per round.

Your local gun store is way better than most of them, just check Adventure Outdoor and you will have an idea how blessed you are.

In case this might help anyone, was in Fairburn Gun and Pawn yesterday and they are busting at the seams with guns. Have plenty of ammo too but WAY HIGH on ammo price.
