Wind at my back in the deer blind

On the lease I used to be in I would always put a boot in a pile of cow crap as I walked through the pasture. Just enough to get the smell on my boot. Everybody at camp would always ask if I needed a flashlight to walk through the pasture and I’d say nope. Meant to step in a pile. Lol 😂
fresh pile of cow **** is good to walk through on the way to stand

new hunters more use to BULL **** than cow ****

I never hunt a bad wind on purpose. You're shooting yourself in the foot.

Deer tend to be nocturnal on bait this late in the season. Sitting on a dove stool hunting closer to where they're bedding is a better bet than on that corn in the evening. Probably have to hunt crosswind. Be downhill so the evening air sinks toward you.

All day the wind has been violently blowing at my back, directly towards where my bait and line of sight is for deer. Wondering is it even worth going back out this afternoon/evening at the risk of getting snuffed out.

What do you all do when you're stuck in a blind but the wind is completely unfavorable?

Bad day of hunting is better than a good day at work and all that
If I’m hunting just to hunt I’ll sit in a bad wind with plenty of Nose Jammer. If after a target buck, I’ll stay at home.

Meanwhile I'm smoking a pack of reds and drop 3 deer side by side.
