had a guy this weekend , right in the middle of confirming time to meet (already had place and price set) comes up with "and you will provide a bill of sale for me right?" I just need your information and signature...there is no requirement under the law for you to do that...well with all the smash and grabs i have to be careful...if you want to pay the fees we can go to an ffl and you can go through the process there...

No he wanted a bill of sale and I told him if he wanted to go to an FFL and pay the fees we could do that but I wasn't giving him my personal information
