WMA PFA $$$

So i get my fishing license again after 20 years and I'm off to fish. I read on a sign I need a WMA to fish on a PFA?

I've heard of cash grabs but this is BS.

Where are some good places in central GA where a basic license is enough to fish? Perferably 30 min from Macon / Perry / Warner Robins areas.

Thanks. I've Fish Flint River, Blackshear and Tobesofkee but I am mostly looking for a place thats easier to walk around.
Ive fished around 96 and found the river swift, usually over flowing and hard to fish from shore.
I would prefer calmer waters with a shore I can get around easier without having to invest in yet another license.
Paying to be able hunt and fish once should be enough, I shouldn't have to pay to fish on lands my license money and taxes have already covered.
