yah im assuming something close to that, just keep bringing truck loads till you get a good breeding population in the area. Wonder how he got busted

Probably because people started wondering why they were paying big dollars to shoot (not hunt) small "Ohio" deer...

If it fits, it ships.

The deer we seen in Ohio, was a lot bigger than deer here.
We hunted PA for years, same thing, bigger.
