Don't believe it. I have a first gen Keltec sub2k in 9mm and it runs like a sewing machine. I've shot it in many pistol caliber 3 gun matches it eats anything I put in it, it has never ever failed in any way.

Love that it uses the Glock mags.

lol I've said many times I believe mine was just cursed. I bought it broken and fixed it, and then it broke springs in the next two range trips which required complete disassembly and those things are a giant pain in the ass to put back together. my brother then put a hole through my wall with a n.d. so I was more than done with the weapon. im sure others can be ok but that one was a huge steaming pile of **** and it was also one that used glock mags.

Just the occasional lemon then I guess.

I remember that, boy you were spitting fire, lol.
I even remember you saying it was "CURSED". :becky:

Dang man, you are snake bit. :boink:
I've never owned a single problem gun. :noidea:
Of course I only ever owned one, then the canoe trip.... and all that....

Canoe trip, huh?

I picked up a Jäger 22 Ar style rifle off of here that was a flaming piece of ****. It would do nothing consistently. Sold it at a huge loss to a buddy with a machine shop that kept making parts for it and never really got it working reliably.

Got an Ak off of here that wouldn't return to battery. I smoothed out the rails, polished the bolt and hammer, but still had issues. Sold it at a loss.

There has been a few more, but those are the only 2 coming to mind.

A springfield made in Brazil 1911. Accuracy was **** an cycking was even worse. FTEs were like every other round fired. I eventually pawned that gun for less than a third of what I paid for it.

Springfield M1A roller came off the bolt so I sold it after I sent it back to the factory for repairs I sold it with full disclosure to the new owner of the problem it was having at a huge loss.

Not my gun but I watched a buddies S&W Sigma crack the ring that holds the spring and guide rod and shoot the spring across the room when he merely bumped the gun sitting down.

3 Ruger new vaqueros had the same problem. After shooting about 500 rounds the cylinders locked up and you couldn't turn or open the latch to remove spent casings. Sent to Ruger for repairs and then sold to a pawn shop.

Ruger Super black hawk I purchased when I was 21 so many moons ago. The timing of the cylinders was off so it shaved copper at the forcing cone. Sent to factory for repairs then sold to a pawn shop.

That is pretty much it. As you can see though when I get a POS firearm I get it repaired and then it goes to a pawn shop to be sold at normally a 3rd of what I have in it. Except for the 1911 I am sure someone with some know how and want to could have fixed that gun but I sold it to a pawn shop without fixing that one.

I bought a .40, cal Hi-Point from David's gun room, but I really did not check it out bought a PT-92, and AR-15, at the same time. Get, home at take a Good look at the Hi-Point, tried loading and neither mag will let you put ammo in it, once I get 5rds in one mag, I tried to load the mag in the gun and that was hard. After, holding the gun in my hand and pointing it, I said HELL NO, I'M not firing this monster, I traded the gun to a Correctional officer, who wanted a truck gun, for Sig and cash on my part. I just don't understand Hi-Points, I bought my wife a .9mm Carbine ( Hi-Point )and the rifle shoots great!!!

1- a 1911, Charles daly
2- an AR15 frankengun
3- 3-Sub 2K 9mm
Took em all to gun shows and traded to sold to folks I met there
