Maybe more to come. Love my bikes, but definitely not a cheap hobby. But then again, neither is a gun hobby.

I feel your pain. I am looking into a new chain and sprockets for my ninja right now. Considering a 520 conversion but whatever I do its money into the pit.

Yep, got the KLR out to ride the farm, and no start!

Mountain Motorsports wants $660 to clean the carb, replace a jet, and change the oil.

New carb is $50, looks like I'll have to do it myself!

You definitely can save a lot of money DIY. And bikes are much easier to work on than cars. Everything is lighter and more easily accessed.

But damnit its like an addiction. With the warm weather I was jonesn' so bad I brought THIS home:

$250 off CL. But it was titled and ran (sorta). Its now in several hundred pieces in my garage, and I no doubt will spend many more times the "down payment" on it before I'm done...
