Marion Road Gun Club is hosting a WWI centennial shoot on 16 August 2014 from 9:00 to 3:00. Lunch is included in the match fee. You can choose three of four events in which to be scored for rankings/awards but must do so in advance of shooting any match on the day. You can shoot all four, but only three declared are scored. We are encouraging shooters to use vintage or rifles and pistols patterned in the period in order to be eligible to win awards. This promises to be a fun day at the range. Come join us!

I'm planning to shoot a P14 myself. I'm loaning my M1917 to a club member so he can shoot the match. Both are very accurate rifles. Come shoot if you are able. 3 of 4 events for match score.

If I can make it, I'd love to do this with my P14 and Colt 1903 hammerless(or my M1917).... Sucks I'd have to drive 2 hours north to the cabin to get my P14 and then 4 hours to Macon.
