I've seen plenty of guns listed as BNIB unfired knowing full well that most are test-fired at the factory. Typically the factory leaves them dirty also. I always take unfired to mean not shot outside the factory - but expecting there to be a little carbon/residue present. Unfired rarely means never fired it seems.
 
We live and learn my friend. Leave negitive feedback if you wish, and now you know for next time. I have had a few rough lessons myself throughout live.
 
Makes it fairly pointless then.

Neutral is a great tool to use for those who are happy with their trade/purchase but feel they could've had better communication or those who may have waited an additional 15 minutes meeting up. There's no reason it should affect feedback one way or the other, that's why it's a neutral.
