The thing I hate about my Ozark Trail tumbler is that once I finish my water the dang ice won't melt and give me more water. I am accustomed to filling my cup up with as much ice as possible so as it melts I can drink that too. With this cup I drink the water and then carry around ice till I find more water lol.

Take the lid off.

I have a HydroFlask 40oz....Best $40 i've ever spent, that thing is awesome....Filled with ice water in the morning, left in hot truck all day, still had ice at the end of the day.

+1 on the Ozarks. I've got several and they are awesome. Good luck finding the 20 oz though. 30's can be found in a few, 20's are nowhere to be seen for months.

Went to Mexico and saw people running around with the Yeti cups, 20oz tumbler style. I've been wanting on for a while so I said for another upcoming trip I'm going to go ahead and get one. I was watching a video and someone recommended getting a S'Well Bottle which is similar to the Yeti cup, same principals and usage but the thing about the Swell bottle is that it has a top that fully closes. I like that because it won't spill while traveling. The downside to that though is that I have to take the top off every time I want a sip, but also the added worry that I could lose the top. I also came across Hydro Flask as well.

Hydro has a lot more sizes and accessories like a straw lid.

I know a bunch of people have experience with the Yeti cups but what about the other two?

If you go to "wish.com" you can buy the 20 oz and the 30 oz yeti cups for 13$ for both

image.jpeg Also check out RTIC. I think they are about 18$ and you can purchase a lid that closes like the yeti cups. I can't tell any difference between my RTIC and my wife's ozark, besides the price.

So I ended up getting a 2 pack of Reduce 32oz cups from Costco that have been great. I've held the cup upside down with ice and water in it and the lid held up fine. I brought a 25oz Swell bottle for myself and a 20oz for my daughter. I have yet to use my Swell because its just too big. I brought a cheap 20oz bottle off of Amazon and it works great. I guess the technology is all the same, dont spend extra just for a name.

Btw if you're going on a cruise I would use both the cup and the bottle. I used the bottle for excursions and used the cup mostly for bringing water back to the room.

Hi I am new to the forum and admins please let me know if I am getting out the information so not to break the rules. When it comes to drink tumblers what I do allows me to test almost ever designed in the US and made in China stainless steel tumblers. I think we all know they come from the same 3 maybe 4 factories. One of the best I have worked with is Zak! It’s a great crossover from the Yeti 32oz style with the exterior I love to work with that you find on Hydroflask. So a word to my fellow customizers for 9.99 it’s a Hit!
