You guys need to see this, very important, Obama's Executive Orders

This president has issued 168 EO's so far. Compare to 291 for Bush, 364 for Clinton, 3522 for FDR, etc. I am not a fan of this president but your title as well as the header for the referenced article, is somewhat misleading. From what I can find, many, if not most, of the EO's have been in effect for years.
According to Snopes:
The attribution to President Obama of fourteen executive orders (numbered between 10990 to 11921) in the example text is way off base as well: not a single one of those orders was issued by President Obama. The first twelve orders in the list date to the administration of President John F. Kennedy in 1962, one dates to the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1966, and one dates to the administration of President Gerald R. Ford in 1976.

The article didn't say that Obama issued all those. The purpose of the article was to inform readers of the amount of control that the govt wants to take in the event of martial law. Most people, including myself, are not aware of that kind of govt overreach, which would have the founding fathers rolling in their graves. My title was a bit misleading, apologize for that.
No worries. We should be more informed, me included. Sad to say until the last 10 years, I was pretty ignorant. Government always seems to get larger and more intrusive at every level.
What is really sad is that most people simply don't care. They want to remain in that state of bliss, therefore they prefer to remain ignorant.
