Your opinions please, Best AK 47 for around $700?

I'm itching for AK 47!!..budget is around $700. What do you guys think are the best ones out there in that price range? I was thinking just getting another saiga and converting it, but kind of want a ready to go AK. Plan to put optics on it in the future, will probably go with a Texas Weapons System cover, if better options for that please chime in.
Anyways... thanks for the input in advance!!! Cant wait to see what you guys think!

I'd like to shoot one. I've read they are pretty close in design to an AKM...a buddy had one though and it was junk(poorly built). I suppose it's all hit or miss with any and whoever does the importing, lol.
