Update on my brother .

He needs the surgery\procedure done to remove the blood filter in his vein near his heart . The minor vena cava I believe.

They are giving him the run around on it ,because there is so much controversy surrounding this blood filter moving, failing and coming apart.

This is the same filter you see the lawsuits about on TV.
